This action is permanent and cannot be undone
Deleting your account will permanently remove your profile, all pet profiles, health records, vaccination history, AI chat history, and subscription data. This data cannot be recovered after deletion.
STEP 01
Open the TailBuddy App
Launch the TailBuddy app on your iOS or Android device and make sure you are signed in to the account you wish to delete.
STEP 02
Go to Profile → Settings
Tap the Profile icon at the bottom of the screen, then tap the Settings (gear) icon in the top-right corner of your profile page.
STEP 03
Tap "Account"
Inside Settings, tap the "Account" option to open your account management options.
STEP 04
Tap "Delete Account"
Scroll to the bottom of the Account page and tap "Delete Account". Read the information shown about what will be permanently removed.
STEP 05
Confirm Your Request
You will be asked to confirm the deletion. Type your password or tap the confirmation button to permanently delete your account and all associated data.
